Regression of health and trust

Notes: This kept me up all night (managed to catch a glimpse of Martin Freeman in The Hitchhiker around 02:20), so when I actually got up I had to write it down. It follows this and as I said then, read it with whatever goggles you want, but I wrote it as non-slash.
